Four steps from a new account to the records a volunteer committee keeps. For self-managed New South Wales schemes, about 6 to 30 lots.

Sign up with your name, email, and a password. Google sign-in appears only when this deployment has it turned on.
You then enter the strata plan number, for example SP 12345.
A new account has no scheme until that membership exists. Other people's records stay closed.
Scheme settings hold the details the committee already keeps on file:
Owner-controlled stays on. A scheme can also turn on admin support, or a directory of specialists. The directory takes enquiries only. It does not take payments. A scheme of two lots or fewer can opt in to the annual Strata Hub report. Most two-lot schemes are exempt.
Add every lot before you place someone on it. Each lot has a number that is unique in the scheme, and a unit entitlement. That whole number is what levies are split by.
From People, invite an owner, a committee member, or a tenant onto a lot. A committee member can also be chairperson, secretary, or treasurer, and can hold more than one of those offices. One person can hold more than one role.
You can also add someone who already has an account. That does not send an email. Admin support, when the scheme has turned it on, is added this way. Admin support is not placed on a lot.
Once people are on their lots, the scheme uses the records that are in the product today.
What the product does today when people change, and what you can take out. What happens if a subscription lapses is still open, under To confirm.
The scheme keeps ownership of the records and documents it puts in. StrataSync does not claim that ownership. The wording is in Your content in the terms.
Handing the committee to someone else does not start a new scheme. Chairperson, secretary, and treasurer are updated on the People page. The lots, documents, meetings, and levies stay. When someone deletes their account, their name on that history becomes "Deleted account".
The only committee member cannot be removed, and cannot delete their account, until another committee member is recorded. The same rule applies to the only admin-support member.
The same account can belong to more than one scheme. When it does, the account menu switches between them.
Edits to people, lots, documents, meetings, repairs, invites, and the specialist directory are stored against the scheme, with the person who made the change. Deleting the scheme removes those rows with it.
When minutes, a levy notice, or a capital works plan are read for individual fields, each field keeps the page and the quoted words it came from. Those values are not saved into the scheme until a committee member approves them. The person who approves is stored on the review.
From the Strata Hub report helper, someone who can view compliance can download the annual-report fields as CSV or JSON, or print the summary. You still type them into the Hub yourself. The file covers those fields. Documents, levies, meetings, and messages stay in the product.
Prices are not set. They will be published on the pricing page before launch.

These notes are drafts. Each one stays marked until it is confirmed.
Placeholder. If a subscription lapses. Draft only: the scheme would move to a limited free tier, the records would stay, and access would return when the subscription is renewed. That behaviour is not in the product today. The terms currently say that after cancellation you can ask for an export for 30 days, and that the data is then deleted except where the law requires it to be kept.
Placeholder. Price changes. Draft only: a change to the price would be sent in writing before it starts. The notice period is not decided. No price is published here. See the pricing page.
Placeholder. A download of every record. Draft only: there is no self-serve download of every document, levy, meeting, and message. The export in the product today is the Strata Hub helper, described above. The terms say you can ask for an export of the scheme's records for 30 days after cancellation. Whether a wider download will be offered is not decided.
Create an account, then enter the strata plan number. If the scheme is not here yet, you can set it up and you will be the secretary.
